MARCH 2009 Hi Everyone, and happy almost-spring! I just read a great article in eWomen Network's eMagazine. According to the article entitled "Women Business Owners Not Intimidated by Recession," recent bad economic news is doing nothing to dampen our spirit and determination. I already knew this but it is heartening to see a study of nearly 4,000 women in business that proves it! I also see the proof directly through my involvement in the Women's Business Forum, where I serve on the board of directors. Whenever I meet with these women, even those that have a business similar to mine, I am always in awe of the level of support and inspiration freely given to one another. Together we will help push the economy forward... you go girls! And for you guys out there... I always say "smart men network with women!"
