This includes your branding and messaging, web development, public relations and social media, advertising, industry trade shows and all of your marketing collateral – both print materials and online media. It also includes a CRM (customer relationship management) system to track it all. In a nutshell, marketing communications is all of the marketing work you engage in to promote what you do to your target market and track what is effective in growing your business.

We will meet with you and your marketing team in person or by teleconference to discuss your message, current branding, marketing strategy and tactics to determine the best course of action for your marketing. This is most effective when it includes individuals you partner with, colleagues and “ideal customers”—the kind you want more of!
Prior to the scheduled session, we will conduct a brief initial interview over the phone with you to learn about your existing marketing. Then we’ll do some homework and arrive at the brainstorming session ready to facilitate a productive session and make recommendations on where you should focus your marketing efforts.
You will receive a written summary of the marketing brainstorming session and our recommendations.
